the xr-3 is such a great crossbreed car made of spare parts (i doubt that some parts were bought in Autopartswarehouse.com) i know that cost a lot of money on this unique car but it sure is great custom car!
The XR-3 I am working with a group of people who is making 3 wheelers electric cars right now it is like ZAP and other new name electric car makers are coming into market now.
I would like to see this car can be made in a right way only thing is the body tooling has to be made in overseas, I would like to work on this project to have this car become available for everyone. This car is definitely can allow to be on highway only if it has passed DOT approved safety requirements.
This one can be done with Carbon fiber which is better than the sheet metal. The tooling can be done faster and cheaper than sheet metal. Anyway I think I will have investor who like to see this one to be on mass production.
