Haha! As a matter of fact i have heard of El Chupacabras! But I think if you have a blood sucking cryptid running about your neighborhood biting people, you have bigger problems than just rabies.
Thankfully El Chupacabras is not known to attack humans and is considered an urban legend at best. It would be cool to see one though!
