The design seems to be making good use of the available space. Vertical compartments would make it too tall, so branching it out like a tree can give more usable space even with small size.. I think this is great design.

Yeah it’s very cool. I hope it comes in a variety of colors though. Would really like to have a green or perhaps brown one instead of the white. The other really cool thing about it is the portability. I love DIY sets!
